Q: How do I sell through PreLoved Chic?
A: Preloved Chic sell your used, “like new” and brand new mid to designer clothing and accessories on your behalf. We act as your agent in marketing and selling any item through the internet and other sources. The items you give to PreLoved chic must be 100% authentic and in great condition, washed or dry-cleaned, pressed, there are no tears, holes and stains visible. We may reject items that do not meet our requirements.

We will then put your item/s for sale on our website or other forms of advertising/selling. The sales price, is based on the original retail price, how current the piece may be, the age and condition of the Item, demand and other relevant market factors.

Q: What Designers do you stock?
A: In our stock you will find 100% authentic pieces from Chanel, Coach, Country Road, Cue, David Lawrence, Dior, Dotti, Armani, French Connection, G-Star Raw, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Jimmy Choo, Zara, Karen Millen, Kookai, Levi, Louis Vuitton, Marcs, Mimco, Nine West, Oroton, Portmans, Saba, Sass & Bide, Seed Heritage, Sheike, Topshop, Tony Bianco, Ternary, Witchery, ASOS, Zimmermann, and Zara the list grows every day.

At PreLoved Chic every day is a surprise, we never know what fantastic new items will appear in our stock. The diversity of our clients makes our stock truly exciting!

Q: How do I know the Item is authentic?
A: We only accept and sell authentic pieces, and we are committed to ensuring all of our items stocked are 100% authentic.

Q: What happens if I change my mind?
A: You are entitled to change your mind and cancel the agreement between us at any time during the consignment period. Please inform us and we will post your item to you within 48 hours at your expense.

Q: How much do you charge?
A: PreLoved Chic do not charge any fee’s to represent your items. We simply offer a 50/50 split on all items sold, less any GST and other applicable charges, incurred by us in relation to the item. We will pay by bank transfer to the bank account you provide 30 days after your item was sold or the 15th of the next calendar month.

Q: What happens if my item does not sell?
A: After 1 month if the item has not sold, we may reduce the Sale price by 10% for a further 4/5 weeks. If the item still does not sell we may mark down the price by a further 20% to 40%. We can at any time cease marketing an unsold Item.

After 20 weeks we will email you to inquire whether you wish us to return the unsold item to you at your expense or you wish us to donate the item to a charity of our choice.

Q: Who do you cater for?
A: It is dependant on what stock we receive to represent, however we do stock, children’s, womenswear and menswear.

Q: How do you size the items?
A: We always state the sizing of the garment, plus we provide the measurements in cm, to help you pick the right product. All products are measured laid flat, just compare the measurements to item that you already own, or to your own body measurements.

Q: What happens if I want to return an item?
A: You have 3 days from the date you received your order to return. Due to the fact we stock mostly unique one off pieces we are unable to offer exchanges. Simply e-mail us at info@prelovedchic.com.au detailing the reason for your return. Postage is at your own expense.
Please return your items new, unused and with all tags still attached, together with the delivery note you received with your order. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in their original condition, are damaged or stained.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or you can receive it as a store credit to your Preloved Chic account, it is your choice. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept any returns of Sale Items or Footwear i.e shoes or boots etc 

We recommend that Buyers obtain proof of posting for any parcels that they send to Preloved Chic and that such parcels are sent by registered post or by insured post, as appropriate.

Q: What will you do with my personal information?
A: Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Your privacy is important to us. We will not ask you for personal information unless we need it. We will never share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law or protect our rights. All information you provide at checkout is used to process your order or to contact you regarding a particular transaction, and is collected through our secure system.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: You can pay via PayPal or with your Visa, Mastercard, Debit/Credit cards. Your invoice will be e-mailed to you shortly after purchase.
